Day 9: Journal & Write (10 Days to Body & Mind Recovery

Do you find yourself worrying and stressing over what’s going on in your life?

Frustrated by something you’re struggling with. Unsure why you’re not getting results that you feel you should be getting?

Take pen to paper on a regular basis for increased awareness and peace in your life.

Keep a gratefulness journal. First thing in the am or before bed write down three things you’re grateful for.

Keep a biofeedback log and monitor your hunger, energy, cravings, sleep, stress, and results. Observe how these change throughout the day, day to date, and over the course of longer periods of time.

Journal whatever is on your mind. If your going through a difficult time. If there’s someone or something on your mind. If you’re having mixed thoughts on a decision. Write about it.
