Custom training plans may be designed around an individual's specific goals and current fitness abilities. Optimize your progress during Gymnastics and NinjaFit classes with a specific program to follow that includes weight lifting and strength training exercises, supplemntary training routine, and movement guidelines.


A custom program designed by an exprienced and knowledgable coach and trainer will help you make the most of your time both in and out of the gym. Making sure you are doing the necessary workouts and exercises, while also not overtraining, burning out or putting yourself at risk of injury.
