Group workout sessions focus on specific aspects of fitness.
Our group sessions are designed for maximally targeting more specific goals and needs or rounding out your training program. For example, mobility so you don’t get injured and can move well, core for good posture and a lean fit body, and balance and stability for injury prevention, reactivity and agility. There’s also a total body strength and conditioning session that compliments our SGPT or partner/semi-private sessions well.

Our group sessions are designed for maximally targeting more specific goals and needs - like mobility so you don’t get injured and can move well, core for good posture and a lean fit body, and balance and stability for injury prevention, reactivity and agility.
We’ll take you through foundational movements and exercises where we’ll help you find the appropriate level of difficulty to get the best results while staying injury free. We believe that anyone can make you tired and sweaty, but not everyone can make you better. In other words, we don’t break you down, we build you up and get you results!
We have added mobility-only, balance+stability-only, and core-only sessions for building resilient joints, helping eliminate nagging pains, keeping you pain free, and helping you recover faster. We listen to our clients about what they want and need.

Specialty Group Workouts
Total Body Conditioning
Our total body conditioning group workout is a top hit amongst our members.
One of our Coaches will put you through a challenging but empowering workout session that encompasses circuits, intervals, and exercises that hit the entire body.
You will be pushing yourself, sweating, and really feeling these workouts (in a good way!)
Mobilize 2 Recover
This class will help you release tight muscles, improve mobility, support recovery and improve performance for everyday movement and activity. You will use various myofascial release and self-massage modalities.
Better mobility translates into better performance, fitness, recovery, focus, energy, mood and sleep, plus improvements in strength and exercise execution, better posture and lower chance of pain and injury.
Core Fusion
This class zones in on the core targeting the abdominals, glutes, back, hips and other surrounding musculature. Core Fusion is designed to help you develop better core strength fitness and function, improve movement, boost performance, prevent pain and injury, support good posture and attain aesthetic goals.
Each class is different from equipment used to exercise selection to program design.
Balance Board Fit
Practice your balance, agility, stability + reactivity in this empowering unique class.
Balance is essential for improving in sport (i.e. SUP and paddle sports, gymnastics, NinjaFit, team sports, etc), while also important for safety and fall/injury prevention.
Modalities used may include balance boards, half rolls, stability balls, BOSU, balance discs, and other balance training surfaces. Participants will begin on stable ground and progress accordingly.
