Our Programs, Services
Fitness & Training
Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)
SGPT is our exclusive training program that Fusion Fit was founded on. We first introduced SGPT so to provide our clients with the ability to receive all the perks of personal training but at a more affordable price and at prime times that are often in high demand. We’ve carefully designed the SGPT program so workouts are structured, scalable and doable for nearly everyone. It’s a solution to training for strength, lean muscle and performance; a complete personal training experience in a small group setting.
Partner Personal Training
This is our next most individualized, all inclusive coaching next to one-on-one personal training. Just you and one other with your coach.
Plus it’s cheaper, so you can work out with your coach more often and get faster results.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Our semi-private approach allows for the same personalized workouts and coaching, tailored to your goals and lifestyle, but for a fraction of the cost, with a lot more flexibility. Your training sessions will be with a very small group (3-4 other clients).
Specialized Group Workouts
Group Workout sessions focus on specific aspects of fitness.
Our group sessions are designed for maximally targeting your more specific goals and needs or rounding out your training program.

Combined Options, Programs and Packages
It’s not uncommon to pair and package our training options together. Doing so will boost your results, and pairing 1-1 sessions with SGPT or group workouts for example will also save you money.
Adding on 1-1 and/or a custom training program will give you the extra personalized touch to really get those results and make it worth it.
