Coaching Plan of Action

  • 1st Coaching Consultation with Action Plan

  • 3-month minimum commitment of BiWeekly (every 2-weeks) follow up check-ins via phone or FaceTime

  • Access to me via text and email at any time in between sessions with up to 24-hour response window

  • After initial 3 month commitment, may move to monthly check-ins

Client-Coach Responsibilities

Client responsibilities:

  • Implement their action plan

  • Commitment, follow through

  • Communication - both what’s going well, what’s not

  • Honesty and integrity

  • Accountability and personal responsibility

  • Monitor biofeedback, measures, progress, results in between check-ins to provide to your coach

  • Readiness

  • Show up and be on time for scheduled check-ins

Coach responsibilities:

  • Responsiveness to messages/emails, 24-hour window

  • Listen, ask questions, hold space and seek to understand client

  • Empathy

  • Provide feedback

  • Provide tools, strategies, and materials as necessary

  • Educate and empower client

  • Guide client

  • Provide recommended adjustments and changes, as necessary

  • Honesty and integrity
